The ongoing political disaster in Rajasthan seems to be now achieving the doorways of the Key Minister and the President as chief minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday revealed that he has spoken to Primary Minister Narendra Modi, apprising him of the deadlock between the governor and the condition federal government.
Meanwhile, some MLAs have despatched a memorandum to the President requesting his intervention to resolve the disaster in the state.
MLAs’ memorandum to the President
The memorandum informed the President of the alleged horse-investing in Rajasthan to topple the elected democratic governing administration by the BJP.
Talking to the MLAs keeping in Fairmont lodge here, Gehlot stated, “I have spoken to PM Modi and educated him about the governor’s behaviour. I have also spoken to him about the letter I sent him a 7 days ago informing about horse-buying and selling in the point out.”
It is for the very first time that the governor has turned down the proposal of the elected government for convening a specific Assembly session, Gehlot included.
In the memorandum sent to the President and drafted on behalf of Congress assembly associates, it was mentioned that democratic and constitutional values are staying overtly flouted by the BJP which is striving to weaken democracy.
Also, there is misuse of organizations like the CBI, ED, Profits-tax Division, to threaten the elected reps which is highly condemnable.
